About Us

Simple Computer Services exists to help people with their computers. To help people who don't want geeks speaking to them in techno-babble.

We recognise the need for simple computer assistance in the same way as taking your car to a garage doesn't entail a long conversation about the mechanics of the internal combustion engine.

While the work might be quite complicated, we recognise that most people now use a computer as a tool - an appliance. And they want a service that fits.

So we're different to most other technical support people. We listen first, and then explain as much (or as little) as you need to be able to make a decision on how we can help.

We visit you and only take your computer away with us if it's more convenient or cost-effective for you. Most installations and problem-solving can be done in-situ.

We cover an area within about 25 miles of Fleet in Hampshire, although we are happy to consider work further afield.
